Boost your PDA WiFi signal

Here I show you how to enhance a little bit more WiFi signal with this one easy to do modification (depends on device, I'm using Dopod 900).

What you need:
  1. Torx T6 screwdriver (or different, depens on device type)
  2. Old phone with internal antenna
  3. Little piece of wire
  4. Insulating tape

First, you need to disassamble the old donor phone, and replace the internal antenna out of it (here i’m using Nokia 3510):

Now, second step is to disassamble your Pocket PC, (in my case - HTC Universal). After remove the covers, find the WiFi antenna and connect the wire to the host like here:

When the wire is connected, simply connect other side to the phone antenna:

Final step - take a connected antenna to a safe place inside of your device, and if need isolate it like me:

All done, you have a little bit more WiFi power now :)
